I’ve got 4 intention setting strategies to help you cement your vision in place and get it integrated with your daily routine to create an aligned, happier, healthier year.
Intention setting is the act of creating an affirmation that you work towards to help change your life in a positive way. So let’s talk about how intention setting works:
- Be specific about what you want to see happen in your life. Create an intention statement that is clear and concise.
- Start with a goal that is aligned with your intention and then create a plan for how to achieve it. You can write down what actions need to be taken in order for you to achieve this goal or set aside time each day to focus on working towards achieving this goal.
- Write down all of your goals, so they’re visible and accessible to you at all times. This will help you stay focused so they can be achieved over time instead of just feeling like wishes or dreams.
- Set aside time each week to review whether or not your plan has been successful at achieving its intended outcome.
