- Look in the mirror, smile, and say something positive about yourself

- Sign up to volunteer at a local non-profit organization
- Take a 20-minute walk in nature – notice everything around you and above you
- Declutter a room or space in your home
- Take a hot bath with magnesium salts, essential oils, relaxing music, and candles
- Give yourself a quick meditation break
- Write your future self a letter
Choose one way to start caring for yourself today. As you work on beginning to accept and love yourself more, you will exercise actions of self-love naturally.
